Delivery & Shipping Policy

A customer's Apple Wallet or Google Wallet pass is issued instantly. They scan a QR code, tap Add to Apple Wallet or Add to Google Wallet, and the pass is on their device immediately. There is no shipping step and no waiting period.

After a contract is signed, dashboard access, the barista scan app, and the first designed pass are provisioned within an agreed number of business days, as set out on the call. There is no physical delivery at any point in onboarding.

DigiCards Lab does not sell, ship, or handle any physical product. Everything covered by this service, pass design, issuance, updates, and reporting, is delivered electronically.
