Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You keep access, and your customers keep their passes, until then. There is no cancellation fee and no minimum term.

Because billing is monthly and cancellation is effective at the end of the current cycle, we don't issue partial-month refunds. Where a refund is due, for a billing error or a duplicate charge, it's processed back to the original payment method within 90 days of the transaction.

Subscriptions are billed and processed through Paymob. If a charge looks wrong, contact us first and we'll sort it out directly. Most issues are resolved without needing a formal dispute.
